The Veterinary Nursing & Clinical Support program is a specialized training program focused on equipping individuals with the essential skills and knowledge to assist veterinarians in delivering basic healthcare for Small Animals & Pets. Technician trained through this course play a vital role in supporting pet clinics, understanding pet parents situation and providing intensive care to small animals, identifying their common illnesses, and promoting overall animal wellbeing. This program prepares students to become frontline animal health workers, and support veterinarians and pet owners to enhance the health and quality of life for small animals.

This course is tailored with an intensive 4-week program delivered entirely on-site to provide hands on practical training. The course combines classroom theory with extensive practical sessions, ensuring students gain direct experience in animal healthcare of small animals & pets. This immersive approach prepares participants to effectively assist veterinarians and address animal health needs.

Upon successful completion, participants will receive a certificate from PetExpert. This certificate validates the skills acquired through the Veterinary Short Term Certificate Course and supports empowering individuals to deliver efficient and compassionate care that ensures the well being of pets.

  • History taking, vital signs, symptom observation.
  • Oral & parenteral medication.
  • Waste Disposal: Safe disposal of biological waste, sharps, gloves, plastics, etc.
  • First Aid & Specimens: Emergency care, specimen collection & dispatch.
  • Records & Assistance: Maintaining hospital records, assisting in minor surgeries & gynaecological cases.
